With a wealth of experience spanning over five decades in the insurance industry, our Founder, P. K Shah, commenced his journey as a branch manager at New India Assurance Company. Progressing through the ranks, he eventually ascended to the position of a board member at Reliance General Insurance Company, operating under the leadership of Mukesh Ambani. In 2010, we took a pioneering step by establishing our own insurance broking company. A groundbreaking achievement was the initiation of Third Party online business with HDFC ERGO, securing exclusive nationwide rights for five years.

Venturing further, we expanded our reach by recruiting over 600 agents from tier 2 and 3 cities and delving into private reinsurance with ITI Reinsurance alongside Mr. Sudhir Valia. This legacy continues through P. K Shah’s daughter, Radhika Shah, who brings 14 years of experience to the table. Radhika spearheaded the expansion of our business into corporate and micro insurance, forging strategic collaborations with fintech and NBFC partners within the BFSI sector.

Radhika’s notable achievements extend beyond business expansion. In a male-dominated insurance industry, she has not only carved her place but also actively advocates for women’s education, networking, and collaboration. Driven by a passion for her ideas and concepts, Radhika is fervently committed to supporting women aspiring to become entrepreneurs or empowering those already on the entrepreneurial path.
